The Artic­le 29 Working Party’s Decem­ber 13, 2016 gui­de­lines on data por­ta­bi­li­ty, data pro­tec­tion offi­cers (DPOs), and the lead super­vi­so­ry aut­ho­ri­ty (see our pre­vious post) have been published in a defi­ni­ti­ve ver­si­on after a con­sul­ta­ti­on peri­od expi­red at the end of Febru­ary 2017.
