Incorporation of the “Privacy Shield” adequacy decision into the EEA Agreement.

The EEA Committee on July 7, 2017. decided (PDF), the adequacy decision of the European Commission on the Privacy Shield into the EEA Agreement. This will enable data transfers from EEA states to appropriately certified U.S. companies.
