Ger­man data pro­tec­tion aut­ho­ri­ties’ inter­pre­ta­ti­ve gui­dance on the GDPR

Sin­ce July 2017, the Ger­man Data Pro­tec­tion Con­fe­rence (DSK) has been publi­shing inter­pre­ta­ti­ve aids on the Gene­ral Data Pro­tec­tion Regu­la­ti­on (GDPR), which reflect – preli­mi­na­ry – views on various core topics of the GDPR that have been agreed upon among the Ger­man super­vi­so­ry aut­ho­ri­ties. The Bava­ri­an Sta­te Office for Data Pro­tec­tion (BayL­DA) has also pro­vi­ded cor­re­spon­ding inter­pre­ta­ti­on aids. The docu­ments can be found at the Web­site of the BayL­DA.
