BayL­DA: Model for Direc­to­ry of Pro­ce­s­sing Acti­vi­ties and Com­mit­ment to Data Protection

The Bava­ri­an Data Pro­tec­tion Agen­cy, the BayL­DA, has published a model direc­to­ry of pro­ce­s­sing acti­vi­ties for con­trol­lers and for processors:

Fur­ther­mo­re, the BayL­DA con­siders it a neces­sa­ry orga­nizatio­nal mea­su­re for com­pa­nies to ask their employees to com­ply with data pro­tec­tion law and to ins­truct them about the rele­vant requi­re­ments. As an aid, the BayL­DA published a sam­ple text (with explanations):
