The Bavarian Data Protection Agency, the BayLDA, has published a model directory of processing activities for controllers and for processors:
- Notes on the directory of processing activities;
- Model processing directory for processors; and
- Model processing directory for data controllers
Furthermore, the BayLDA considers it a necessary organizational measure for companies to ask their employees to comply with data protection law and to instruct them about the relevant requirements. As an aid, the BayLDA published a sample text (with explanations):
