BJ: Com­pa­ri­son E‑DSG/ERK 108/DSGVO/Schengen/DSG

The Fede­ral Office of Justi­ce has ana­ly­zed the revi­si­on pro­po­sals of the Fede­ral Coun­cil and the majo­ri­ty of the Sta­te Poli­cy Com­mis­si­on to deter­mi­ne whe­ther they each com­ply with Coun­cil of Euro­pe Con­ven­ti­on 108 (ERK 108) and the GDPR, whe­ther they are pro­ble­ma­tic with regard to the EU Ade­qua­cy Decis­i­on, whe­ther they are com­pa­ti­ble with the Schen­gen Trea­ties and whe­ther they are at the level of pro­tec­tion of the cur­rent DPA.
