The Liech­ten­stein Data Pro­tec­tion Office has com­pi­led its most important sam­ple docu­ments and lists now also published in Eng­lish. The­se are the fol­lo­wing documents:

• Model infor­ma­ti­on accor­ding to Art. 13 GDPR
• List of pro­ce­s­sing ope­ra­ti­ons accor­ding to Art. 35 (4) GDPR, for which the Data Pro­tec­tion Aut­ho­ri­ty (DSS) as the super­vi­so­ry aut­ho­ri­ty for GDPR in Liech­ten­stein requi­res a data pro­tec­tion impact assess­ment (DPIA) (Black­list)
