published.

The­se docu­ments are addres­sed to the addres­sees of the agree­ment to be ente­red into on June 1, 2020 by means of the cor­re­spon­ding Adjust­ment Act revi­sed Zurich Law on Infor­ma­ti­on and Data Pro­tec­tion (IDG), i.e. to public bodies within the mea­ning of § 3 IDG.

The two forms are also well sui­ted for pri­va­te practice.
