FDPIC – Out­sour­cing of pseud­ony­mi­zed bank cus­to­mer data abroad

As part of the con­sul­ta­ti­on of the Swiss Finan­cial Mar­ket Super­vi­so­ry Aut­ho­ri­ty (FINMA) in 2013 on the par­ti­al revi­si­on of the Cir­cular “Ope­ra­tio­nal Risks Banks” (2008÷21), we explai­ned our posi­ti­on regar­ding the pseud­ony­mizati­on of per­so­nal data and the asso­cia­ted con­se­quen­ces in banking.
