What infor­ma­ti­on may phy­si­ci­ans and den­tists syste­ma­ti­cal­ly coll­ect from their pati­ents through que­sti­on­n­aires?
A hos­pi­tal wants to ask its pati­ents about their hos­pi­tal stay by means of a que­sti­on­n­aire. May it com­mis­si­on a third par­ty (e.g. an insti­tu­te) to send out the que­sti­on­n­aires and pass on the pati­ents’ addres­ses requi­red for this purpose?
