The hotel and catering industry are repeatedly confronted with customers who behave improperly and are guilty of carousing, damage to property or even aggressive behavior towards other guests. In this context, the FDPIC has repeatedly been asked whether and under what conditions aggrieved landlords, club operators and hoteliers can set up a database to warn of such offenders.
