FDPIC – Expl­ana­ti­ons on the sub­ject of blacklists

The hotel and cate­ring indu­stry are repea­ted­ly con­fron­ted with cus­to­mers who behave impro­per­ly and are guil­ty of carou­sing, dama­ge to pro­per­ty or even aggres­si­ve beha­vi­or towards other gue­sts. In this con­text, the FDPIC has repea­ted­ly been asked whe­ther and under what con­di­ti­ons aggrie­ved land­lords, club ope­ra­tors and hote­liers can set up a data­ba­se to warn of such offenders.
