FDPIC – Con­sul­ta­ti­on with regard to the auto­ma­tic exch­an­ge of tax information

In the cour­se of the intro­duc­tion of the new inter­na­tio­nal OECD stan­dard for the auto­ma­tic exch­an­ge of infor­ma­ti­on in tax mat­ters, we were invi­ted to par­ti­ci­pa­te in the working groups set up by the Sta­te Secre­ta­ri­at for Inter­na­tio­nal Finan­cial Mat­ters (SIF). As part of the­se con­sul­ta­ti­ons, we took the oppor­tu­ni­ty to draw the atten­ti­on of SIF to key issues rela­ting to pri­va­cy rights.
