This model contract was drawn up in collaboration with the FDPIC and David Rosenthal of the Zurich law firm Homburger. It serves to ensure adequate protection of personal data within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 2 lit. a FADP when data is transferred for processing abroad (for the purpose of outsourcing).
