The FDPIC has the Activity Report No. 25 (2017−2018) which covers the period from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. It is the first report whose subject matter falls entirely within Adrian Lobsiger’s term of office.

Revision of the FDPA: The FDPIC states, among other things, that it will Division of the consultation regrets that he would have liked to see a right to data portability, that in Switzerland a data protection commissioner along the lines of the GDPR desirable and that the proposed system of sanctions should be reconsidered.
