EDSA: final ver­si­on of the gui­de­lines on the assess­ment of fines.

On June 7, 2023, after public con­sul­ta­ti­on, the Euro­pean Data Pro­tec­tion Board EDSA adopted the final ver­si­on of the Gui­de­lines for the cal­cu­la­ti­on of fines published (for the draft see here).
