The ArG ZH sta­tes on 19.12.1998 that it is not a vio­la­ti­on of per­so­na­li­ty if the employer brings appli­ca­ti­on docu­ments against the employee in the employment pro­cess, and the DPA is not appli­ca­ble accor­ding to its Art. 2 para. 2.
