As of today (September 15, 2017) Media release the FDJP has

published. The catalog of punishable acts and the amount of the fines have been reduced compared to the preliminary draft: The maximum fine is to be CHF 250,000 (instead of the CHF 500,000 provided for in the preliminary draft).
