The power supplied by the Council of Europe Convention No. 108 established Advisory Committee has submitted Draft Guidelines on Artificial Intelligence (Nov. 30, 2018, Document T‑PD(2018)17rev). The document contains relatively general recommendations, divided into (1) general recommendations and recommendations for the attention of (2) governments and (3) developers, manufacturers and service providers.
