Coun­cil of Euro­pe: First Draft of the AI Convention

The Com­mit­tee on Arti­fi­ci­al Intel­li­gence of the Coun­cil of Euro­pe has signed an initi­al agree­ment dated Janu­ary 6, 2023. Draft (“Zero Draft”) of the AI Con­ven­ti­on (Con­ven­ti­on on Arti­fi­ci­al Intel­li­gence, Human Rights, Demo­cra­cy and the Rule of Law).
