The Gene­ral Data Pro­tec­tion Regu­la­ti­on (GDPR) applies to all EU com­pa­nies as of May 25, 2018. The regu­la­ti­on also applies to all com­pa­nies that exch­an­ge digi­tal data with EU resi­dents, even if it is only one per­son. Many Swiss SMEs are affec­ted by this.
– Does the Fede­ral Coun­cil belie­ve that our com­pa­nies will be rea­dy on time?
