The latest Tisa leaks show: The open and free web is under thre­at. The Euro­pean Digi­tal Rights (EDRi) initia­ti­ve analyzes:

- data pro­tec­tion is to be wea­k­en­ed under pres­su­re from inter­na­tio­nal corporations;

- Sta­tes would not be allo­wed to requi­re source code dis­clo­sure (open source) for SW contracts;

- strict regu­la­ti­on of net neu­tra­li­ty would make it impos­si­ble for indi­vi­du­al states.
