Greece: Draft revi­sed natio­nal data pro­tec­tion law

Greece has not yet adapt­ed its data pro­tec­tion law to the GDPR, which ear­ned the coun­try a thre­at of sanc­tions from the Euro­pean Com­mis­si­on in June 2019. Now a draft is available, which is in public con­sul­ta­ti­on until August 20, 2019, as IAPP reports. The docu­ments are available here in Ger­man translation:
