Meck­len­burg-Western Pome­ra­nia: Que­sti­on­n­aire on com­pli­ance with the GDPR by medi­cal practices

At the end of 2017, the Sta­te Com­mis­sio­ner for Data Pro­tec­tion in Meck­len­burg-Western Pome­ra­nia issued a Que­sti­on­n­aire on com­pli­ance with the GDPR to medi­cal prac­ti­ces sent out. The que­sti­on­n­aire pro­vi­des a good over­view of cer­tain core requi­re­ments under the GDPR, but also a sen­se of what que­sti­ons Swiss com­pa­nies may also have to con­t­end with.
