Pri­va­cy Shield: com­pa­ri­son with the ori­gi­nal version

Like alre­a­dy repor­tedOn July 12, 2016, the EU Com­mis­si­on adopted the EU-US Pri­va­cy Shield by adop­ting the cor­re­spon­ding ade­qua­cy decis­i­on and com­mu­ni­ca­ting it to the mem­ber sta­tes. The ade­qua­cy decis­i­on is based, among other things, on the Pri­va­cy Shield Prin­ci­ples, which have been impro­ved in the mean­ti­me. We have issued a Com­pa­ri­son ver­si­on and a for­mat­ted new ver­si­on (clean) created.
