Professor Thomas Hoeren provided a sample privacy statement for website operators under the GDPR in 2018. This sample is now newly available taking into account the TTDSG, i.e. the German law on data protection and privacy in telecommunications and telemedia:
The TTDSG replaced the former Telecommunications Act (TKG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) and adapted them to the GDPR and, with a slight delay, implemented the cookie regulation of the E‑Privacy Directive (§ 25 TTDSG).
