Opi­ni­on on draft gui­de­lines 3/2018 on the ter­ri­to­ri­al scope of the GDPR

On Janu­ary 18, 2019, the con­sul­ta­ti­on peri­od on the draft Gui­de­lines 3/2018 on the ter­ri­to­ri­al scope of the GDPR ended. The data pro­tec­tion team of Wal­der Wyss has sent an opi­ni­on to the Euro­pean Data Pro­tec­tion Board with the aim of con­tri­bu­ting to the cla­ri­fi­ca­ti­on of the main open points (State­ment, PDF).
