FDPIC – Recording of telephone conversations

Until now, telephone conversations could only be recorded by one party if the other party had been informed in advance. The only exceptions were calls to emergency, rescue and security services. As of March 1, 2004, it is now also possible to record telephone calls in certain cases in the
