“Online Check” by eco­no­mie­su­i­s­se on the GDPR

eco­no­mie­su­i­s­se pro­vi­des a “Online Check” on the appli­ca­bi­li­ty of the GDPR to com­pa­nies in Switz­er­land. The test leads to a state­ment about the pro­ba­bi­li­ty that the GDPR applies, e.g. “tends to app­ly” or “is very likely to apply”.

The test is pro­ba­b­ly more sui­ta­ble for rai­sing awa­re­ness or justi­fy­ing decis­i­ons intern­al­ly than for legal­ly test­ing whe­ther imple­men­ta­ti­on mea­su­res are required.
