- Do not share meeting IDs publicly
- Use unique meeting IDs and lock meetings
- Always use meeting passwords if possible
- Always keep an eye on the meeting participants
- Always announce a meeting recording
- Beware of phishing here too
- Cover camera when not in use and check recording area
- Screen presentation / screen sharing
- Check privacy policy of the provider
